how can i mine asteroid planets that aren't around my planet.i tried colonize these asteroid planets,but it gives me a message: can only be used on neutral blabla and as far as i can see,these asteroid planets dont belong to a different fraction

you can colonize asteroids then mine the smaller ones in the system as usual with construction ships.
