Fixed it game didnt like my graphics card. Swaped it for my old 6800 and it works fine now.

Try playing in windowed mode to see any errors that may come up. You can switch it in the graphic options window.

What driver are you using for the 7800?

If it's old you could try the beta available at nzone.
