UI Feature request - set new production defaults

Set default group and weapon styles for factories for all ships they produce.

I.E. Set factory so all ships it produces are "Attack: Weapons Range" and "Move: All Grouped". Click on an icon to change to "Move: Not grouped" or whatever.

The "Move: All grouped" would have to be relative to the gravwell though, not ships produced from. Otherwise you would have on fleet across the system from your factory, make another fleet, move it, and suddenly your fleet from the other side of the system shows up.
