yep , just mouse over the little button up at the top that shows you fleet size.

i mean total fleet size not ship type.

ie you have 30 points in ships, you can build 50 points in ships

There is a counter of used and available fleet points at the top of the screen... so what are you asking for?

yes but i was used to it being about the cost of maintance. so everytime i looked at it that was what i saw.
