This would be a wonderful feature if it was implemented. If you drop the computer takes over until you can reconnect.

That could be one of its behavioral settings I'd guess. It takes over when you drop, and proceeds to scuttle all of your base defenses, buys and sells on the BM, until your broke, negates all of your treaties, and scatters your fleet to the furthest corners of the galaxy (if the ships survive the journey)

Strange that Schem is so anxious to crush me, I usually support his positions.

Hmmm, I suppose that in his eyes, my support/approval only confirms my intelligence, and therefore I am seen as a worthy adversary.

Sure Schem, book me in for multiplayer madness. Oh, are you part of a clan yet? I still haven't really looked into joining yet.

what ya meen beta 3 only has tec still?

they probably would have mentioned it if they were releasing either of the other two, and they've dodged all of my questions about whether or not they're releasing a new race... so this is an educated guess.

Look, I'm as anxious as anyone else to get my hands on a new faction, as well as other features, but when it comes down to it, I'd rather have a good game that WORKS well, than to pressure them endlessly to field another faction just to appease us. They'll probably do it sooner or later, but let them test the heck out of what game we have. It will all come in due time.

I wouldnt be begging for the other factions if they werent ready, all indications say that the other factions are full in every aspect except for us having them. besides, even if it was a couple of cool looking capital ships and a half-assed frig there isnt any harm in them releasing it.

yea i agree the game works fine now soo y dont they let us test multiplayer while testing and balancing the other races in single player. there is only sooooooooo much u can do with 2 races (TEC and pirates) and i dont know about u but i think we have exhausted both. And if we only get imput on 1 faction then this is stupid we should get to put imput on all the races and mst features to make it the best game it can possibly be. also i dont know what they are going to o with the other 2 races they have been showig us more of them recently like the vasari factory and battleship. (which is my wallpaper) Id just love to rule the galaxy with the might of the dark fleet.

I don't know about you, but I'm playing a beta. I don't expect it to play this well. I want bugs to track and hunt down... I wanna be part of polishing this baby.
