Trade goods not showing up

I traded for 2 trade goods from the I-league, but they do not show up on my diplo screen for trade (A few turns have passed since I traded for them)...

my question about trade goods are:

1. How do you use them? They are like inventions, right?

2. What happens when i trade them to another race?

1. Trade Goods cannot be re-traded.
The civ that builds the trade good has an exclusive license.

2. They provide civ wide bonuses.
