Last flagship standing BUG

I have now started 6 games or should I say tried to start 6 games where the winning condition s where set to last flagship standing and every single time upon launching I get a "Your empire has been defeated" message.


Anyone else experiencing this?

You lose because theres no capital ship to begin with. I guess the dev's forgot to change the setting of it
