Changed Security Center colors

Help

I'm not sure what I did, but the colors in my Security Center are messed up. First I thought it was the wb skin I was using but its not. Could it be the WB program itself? I didn't have this problem until after I installed a few things, WB, avast, zonealarm, and uninstalled antivir.

Any have this problem before? How to fix?
