i'm uninstalling my beta2 now and installing beta3 but then i have to go to work after i install it .

It's not a problem unless they charge you and don't give you a serial. THEN it's a problem!

We've run into some problems with processing the pre-orders that's being dealt with now. Unfortunately some were lost.     If you are affected by this, you will get an email from [email protected] with more information on re-placing your pre-order for Beta 3.

My order appears to still be in order so I don't think I'm one of them. It's a bummer that the new beta comes out and folks waiting on preorders get hit with a bug. Ah well, such is programming.

well, I didn't but I did what another user suggested either in this thread or another: I used the loopup serial tool in stardock central to send me an email and that worked. so its not a big deal, but just for anyone having the same problem you might try that.

too bad I won't be able to play it right away, stupid work.

Well, they're not beta, but they were just rewritten since the old code wasn't very good anymore.  Our apologies for the roughness, it's not typical.
