somethings i have noticed in beta3b

the construction frigates are now forming up with the battle fleet. if i click on all ships in the grave well and tell them to form up on a cap(in my case the akken) and will not construct until the fleet leaves the system or you tell them to stop. i have said this before but since these constructers have no weapons and do not phase jump they should be treated like trade ships and resource ships seen but not counted.

there was one more thing but i have forgotten. so more later.

While not being collected with a drag box would be nice, you can select them and manually switch build targets. Making them selection proof would be a bad idea.

having them join the battle fleet is worse

An option for Colony Frigates to be not-included when selecting military units (Think homeworld's military-first select box)

As things stand, you can manually override them to get the constructing the building you want, rather than mindlessly follow the build queue. I like this behavior. Just learn not to select them with the rest of your ships.

Also please exclude them from the planet's ship overview when zoomed out. It just makes it impossible to see where you have ships and where not, since you have to hover over every pip icon to see what's there.

here is what i forgot.

half the time when i order my fleet or ship to move in the grav well it decides to phase jump. yes i am able to stop it.

I have noticed that too, i have to be very close to order them in a gravity well or they will jump to the nearest other gravity well...

huh... never happened to me, can you give some specific conditions?
im at the zoom point where you can see the gravity well and all the individual ships in it by icons, if you try to order them somewhere in the gravity well they will assume its a jump command.

i was zoomed in to see the akkan. i was just far enough out to order it to move a couple of inches and it wanted to jump back to the last grav well.

also when you have the group thing turned on. ie frigate is built and auto ordered to form up on another ship. it still goes to the grav well that said ship was in when it was built even if they are both in another grav well at the sametime.
