How do I go about getting a refund for this product?

Given that it is still in Beta I assume refunds are not an issue?

Ron - With all due respect a Beta version of any product is not the final product. I've been involved with plenty of hardware and software development to know the difference. And no, none of the products I've been involved with have required Beta customers to fork over cash at any point.

Anyways, the issue has been resolved. Thank you very much to Stardock Sales for doing the right thing. I really appreciate it.

I hope your not involved with any projects in your new job. Watch out sub-contractors.
He might decide when its half finished he does not want to pay. He will be very sorry, but only his family counts, nobody else has to feed anybody.

Good luck with your new job and fam. Been there done that, just did not rip anybody off to do it. You sound like you will end up very rich.... people like you just do, on the backs of others.

P.S. I'm just venting, not hating. As I said, I despise people who do not keep their word, indian buyers.
Just understand this was never a choice, and you owe not Stardock but Ironclad bigtime!

I do submit that I was indeed too harsh. I did put a disclaimer though to the post. Just to let peeps know I was being harsh on purpose just to vent my views on the matter. A bit comical really.
That last was also joke of sorts - the Duellist. Point of Honor and all.
And we all know video games make you kill people, just like movies ;) And that joking about this can be taken the wrong way - even if winks are added some might still not catch the joke.
