Beta installing problems

I cant seem to register my beta. can u hlp?

Hey, i just ordered the beta from totalgaming.net, and now have to register it on stardock central. However, when i put in my order number i got in the email, it deosnt work. I dont know what to do. Can u guys hlp? ty.

You don't use your order number, try the serial number instead. It's in the same email.

Click the My Account link at the top of the page here, then Registrations. Your sins serial should be listed on that page.

I Pre-Ordered on the 10th I am not getting a serial number either. I think the last day to pre-order and get in on the beta action was like December 4th or SO. I think were just out of luck till release. Guess back to one of my old space games for now :( Downloaded mods for all of them to help keep me going for now.

It depends on what method you used to preorder. TotalGaming Token preorders should grant immediate access regardless of the state of beta 4. Standard preorders will be on hold until release, though.

So far as I can tell, you haven't been charged and won't be until the game is released. Only by using TotalGaming.net tokens can you still get into Beta 4 and you'd have had to have had an account to do so. ;)  If you have any other questions, please email [email protected].

Well I checked my email reciept and it has an order number but no serial, and my card has not been charged yet though. All 3 options say pre-order 2 are digital download only and the one for game tokens is digital download only as well. I picked the one that is download+CD but none mention which you have to buy to get the beta as well.

In theory, you can only get in on the beta at certain specific times -- when they shift from one phase to another, e. g. Beta 1 -> beta 2. You can get it at any time by using TotalGaming tokens, however, as they are deducted immediately. Its an (odd) loophole.
