Startbar logout and shutdown text gone?

Hey, a long time ago I modded one of my dlls to remove the shutdown and logout text in the Startbar. This was for a Vista Visual Style, and for my new one I need them back. Does anybody know how to get them back?

I have a screenshot if you need one. Thanks!
