Zoom problem

im using beta 4 and have been having a hard time zooming in and out because the game doesn't seem to recognize by laptops scroll thingy on the side of my mouse pad sensor. is there anything i can do besides remaping zoom to keys? also is there a way to invert the right mouse look?

Anticipating the release... can the z,x,c buttons be remapped?

(On the German keyboard the z and y key are switched, so the default would be a bit awkward.)

thanks but the whole point is to avoid using any keys. i find that in this game especially, where you often need to change your view, messing with keys really slows you and it also tends to zoom to harsh or abruptly.

You can remap the zoom keys, but the minimum system specs for the game do call for a mouse.

Ive played sins endlessly on my laptop, and v and b which are the keys which give you a smooth zoom, work really well, and help keep your left hand right by the hotkeys, which are very intuitive. To be honest, the v,b zoom is smoother than with a mouse wheel. z,x,c gives three levels I never use, and jumps disconcertingly fast, so I don't like to use them either. I've gotta be honest, but v and b are faster than the scroll wheel and make it eaiser to zoom on a particular ship.
