No, i think they don't want a system overload from being overuse. After all, all of you guys are like a bunch of people needing to go to the bathroom and just can't wait, otherwise, you people will all pee your pants simultaneously. :D

For all those midnight download question people here is your answer:- The people who made this game have normal lives and go to work normally so why should they be forced to stay up all night away from families etc just to please some impatient people who can't wait a couple hours to get there hands on something.

Theres still the option to camp out at a brick and mortar store for those who can't wait. But it seems theyre all getting it on the 5th here (west coast US).
