It certainly should be CE goodies, since i bought mine as digital download pre-order through Total Gaming and got the theme just fine.

Yep I think so as well but it is a sales point for them nonetheless. Personally speaking I'm willing to buy it via SDC but Frogboy said exclusive for that chain of stores. Which begs the question why not create a second one for the CE but many there is a anticompetitive clause in the contract regarding promotional items.

The MyColors theme hasn't officially been released. So if you are having trouble getting it, that's why. We're still integrating serial #s into the database.

Thats why this didn't look like a release notice :D (I don't suppose you could give my serial number an accelerated integration... :P )
