Will the Sins site have a mod library like GalCiv did or will it all be 3rd party sites?

in the dev chat was said today that there will be a library like in GalCiv with Mods, maps, replays etc.

Yep. Plus we will establish an archive at modcraft.net and on our clan site (still in secret development).
