Stardock Central will tell you it wants to update, allow it to do so. Once it restarts, when you try to update Sins it will tell you that you need to uninstall it first. Do that and then you'll be good-to-go.
We haven't announced a release time yet. Odds are it will be sometime in the afternoon on Monday (eastern time).
