Hi all

I'm sure this has been covered before but anyway..

I just preordered the game through stardock. I was told I could download the beta straight away. However, I cant seem to find where to download the beta! I downloaded stardock central, and theres no beta listed for the game, just an icon for the game, but you cant download anything off it...

Its a little misleading if the developer goes onto ign.com and tells everybody you can preorder and play the beta straight away, when you cant. Am I to assume all beta downloads were stopped because the game is close to release?

Am I also to assume the will become "downloadable" in stardock central on the release date?

Start up Stardock Central, go into the "View" menu and check "show Pre-Release (Beta) Versions" The Sins beta will now be visible and available for download.

Although the Devs have said that those of us downloading the beta just for release are only torturing ourselves needlessly (i'm one of them too btw) since the actual game has quite a few changes from Beta 4.

Only preorders with TotalGaming tokens get you into the beta.

Also, the game releases tomorrow. My suggestion is just wait. :P

Ah right. Thanks. Bit dissapointing, the only reason i preordred was to get into the beta straight away, but I guess I should have read the FAQ's first : \

Yeah this stinks, I just pre-ordered (I was going to pre-order anyway) but thought I could play some multiplayer with some friends of mine before it was released...arg. Ah well, God hates me. Stupid tokens...take my credit card money! I don't care...*sigh* I want me some beta...I also only have off today and tmrw :-(

Not sure where I enter that? In the product registration field in settings? Done that, but it says invalid...

Nah man, we screwed till Tuesday. Which stinks since that's when i'm back to work...and it'll take me like 5 hours to download it anyway. Again; God hates me.

All you have right now is an order confirmation code :) The game serial # will only be sent to you once your pre-order is charged.
