Uninstallation of the game depends on how you had installed it in the first place.
If you used a standalone installer (i.e. the DVD) to install Sins, you will need to use Add/Remove programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista) to uninstall Sins.
If you used Stardock Central to install Sins, you will need to use Stardock Central to uninstall it as well. Like psugar said, just select the product from the list of games and click the button in the bottom right corner for Uninstall.
