game dosent Fit Screen

hi , my name is bryan, i would not say i am a power user , or a technical junkie , but i am capable of figuring things out. I did participate in Beta and had lots of fun. Today though i decided to Plug up my Gaming Computer to my High Def TV. To my most disgust The Tv only Supports Resolutions 800-600, and 1280x720..

i did go inot he Settings Folder and change the Resolution of the windows to Fit this but the game Still make it go off screen.... Any Fixes...?? i ahev the lastest Drivers for everything i can think off... Here is my Specs

Amd-Athlon X2 64 6000+
AsuS Crosshair MB
2 gIg PATRIOT rAM
Nvidia Gefore 8600GT
120 Sata HD
and DVI connected HD TV(LCD TV) thats giving me the issue

Any ideas .....

If the width or height of your desired resolution is less than 1024 or 768 respectively you need to edit the width and height in the user.setting file as described above and play in windowed mode which is also set in the user.setting file.

Welll this still dosent help me at all -_-.... Wish you guys would hlp me resolve this .... Cause this game would so be awsome to play on a much larger screen.

What video card do you have? AA should work fine in windowed mode.

Sins supports widescreen out of the box. I was easily able to set it to 1680x1050 in the game menu.

Saying it doesn't is pure LIES! :P

The problem here is the resolution. This Game just support this resolutions:

1280x1024
1280x960
1280x800
1280x768
1152x864
1024x768

What video card do you have? AA should work fine in windowed mode.

I have an 8800gtx with the latest drivers and from what I've heard AA only works in Fullscreen mode with the latest drivers. It's also been my experience running the few select games I run, Eve Online, Galciv 2, and the Sim 2 that jaggies appear when in windowed mode.
