A few thoughts on the online experience

Hi, [RaY]Rokkit here with some thoughts accumulated by myself and other members of the community on Ironclad Online.

1. Would it be possible for chat not to be cleared when switching between lobbies, otherwise advertising a game and hosting can be very hard to do.
2. Holding enter in the lobby causes a constant stream of spam - and with no way to mute members, this would be annoying if some kid did this.
3. Wins do not appear to be processed, it has been almost 24 hours since my first win, and i have since won 3 games and my profile shows no wins. The losers of the games received their losses immediately (in fact scanning the lobby practically no-one has wins but many have losses)
4. Can achievements be shown on the profiles when clicking a name and selecting View Profile.
5. When selecting a member of the lobby ready to view their stats, if a player joins a busy lobby (which they do very often, and will more and more often as the game grows) then it de-selects the name who you wish to view the profile of. If the lobbies get extremely busy, it is almost impossible to scroll down to the bottom of the page fast enough to hit view profile :P

free bump by me, would be great if those thing could be fixed with the next patch.
One thing i want to add:
A different font for the ICO chat would be nice. Imo the current one is hard to read.

I agree on all the points except the wins comments. I have seen some wins updated for people. The post is a good job nonetheless.

I also have one with regards to creating rooms. Maybe I missed something but when a person creates a room,then leaves it and no one is in it I think the room should disappear or the creator should at least have the option of terminating or transferring ownership of the room.

the wins problem:

if a player quits, it appears you do not get the win

they have to die/surrender - this needs to be rectified, as most people just quit before they die once they know its over and then don't get the lose

Quits should be logged and displayed on player profile but not be converted into "Lose". This would be a good way to spot "serial quitters" without penalizing people who have to quit from time to time for practical reasons.

Btw, when a player quits, is his/her empire taken over by an AI or does it just vanish ?

thats another problem cause this means u have to finish off all the AI's.
If just AI's are left it should be an auto win.
