Can't find the settings file

Hello I've been looking at some of the faqs for fixing the hosting issues and I think I found a way to fix my issue, but I can't find the settings file. when I go to the directory "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting\user.setting" except that there isn't a settings folder. I have show hidden files on so I don't know what is wrong.

It's in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games.
