SoaSE Wiki - the ultimate fan submited reference

Wow! Yet another wiki thread. I think this is the third one in two days not counting the main one at wikipedia.

I truly believe a consolidated single wiki would be best for the community.

I agree, I think I will add this to my to do list at the space ponies

I just checked a thing similiar to a wiki and half the links were dead, the wiki mentioned on this thread well the link isnt dead and I like the design so it has my support . Would be good to have it all in one place I agree though.

I would like to have a list of other sites that have all the good wikis+guides + strategies.

This wiki (www.SoaseWiki.com) was abruptly redirected to sinsofasolarempire.wikia.com on Wednesday without any apparent notification (that I've seen). Does anyone know what the deal is? Did someone hijack it with a re-direct??

I sunk tons of research into vanilla SoaSE and posted it to SoaseWiki. Also, IMHO, it had much better feel and organization than the wikia one. Now it seems to have all disappeared. Ok, not all of it... some was clearly copied to sinsofasolarempire.wikia.com over time (which is what happens with wikis), but not hardly all of it.

Does anyone know what happened? Or know the www.SoaseWiki.com ops, to ask them? And/or does anyone have any re-direct skills that can take a look at the matter (i.e., was SoaseWiki actually taken down?)

I liked the SoaseWiki a lot more, too.  It looked nicer, and it seemed to have better info on it.  I wish someone knew what happened to it.

Oh well, shrug. I guess no one cares about it.

So I'm gonna go play another game and stop researching Sins
