Ok so it seems you have implemented the "when flagship blows up another one is designated" but it is a little haywire. I don't know if you planned this but when you just get a capital ship above levels of the rest, it beomes the flagship. SO, I was playing a game and one of my ships surpassed my flagships level and they became the new flagship. Was this intentional or was it supposed to be when your first flagship died the next highest lvl takes over command.
