Map Generator/Galaxy Forge Question

Quantity and quality

Hey all,

First of all thank you stardock for this awesome game.

Now regarding the topic.

My question is HOW MANY(~) stars/planets can this game handle ? cuz I'm in like this situation: i generated map using the game, so its like 25 stars and 350-700 planets however the game sometimes loads sometimes crashes i need to know this because i want the biggest star system i can get.. i really enjoy myself expanding in this game

The game can handle as many as your PC can. So I guess your PC can't handle 700 planets

heh dual core, 2gigs ram, 7900GTO i guess that is not it m8

cuz if it loaded one time, it should load second...

Yea, no limit but on a single core I find it starts to chug around 300
