I have a Windows Vista 32 bit computer. The game plays fine but when I exit the game windows media center starts up. This problem occurs everytime I exit the game. What is the problem that is occuring and how do i fix it?

Yeah, same here. It's really very weird. I thought maybe it was just my PC bugging out, but my system and programs are all running fine. I tested it a few time to make sure this was the case, and it is. Haven't heard of a fix yet...

I am getting the same problem. It doesn't seem to harm anything, but it's about to drive me nuts. I looked around in the Media Center settings to see what I could find that would cause it.....and nothing. Someone will figure it out...

I sort of found a solution, but it gets an error rather than opening windows media center. Which is better imo.

Open Default Programs-> Set program access and computer defaults-> Custom-> Under Choose a default media player uncheck the box for windows media center.

Only thing I've found that works so far, hope it helps a bit.

I also have this problem, wonder what actually causes it to start? There must be something when closing the game that tried to open some type of media?

Check the properties of the shortcut you use to open the game. The game installs a shortcut that has '-MCE' as a command line switch in the install folder. If you're using that shortcut to play the game, then that's were the problem is.

Just remove the '-MCE' and you should be good to go.

I guess they assumed people with Windows Media Center did everything from within Media Center or something, and figured people would appreciate it being open when they're finished playing.

That's the only reason I could think of.
