Exnomorph backround skins desktops.

Hello all, im having some thechnical difficulties about alienware, alien guise and im new.
Now i dont know if its my pc or the program but wen i apply the Exnomorph backround it doesnt show, its just pure blue. then i go to properties on my pc and click desktop it says i chose the color blue wen i didnt and i cant choose a backround for my pc now!!! HELP!!!!
