Just can not find

Ok - I like the game so far, but am have a problem - Where do I find "Telepathic Signaling" or "Omens of Leadership" for the Advent? I desperately need to boost my logistics, and it tells me a need a point of Telepathic Signaling, but I can not find it anywhere on the tree. I am sure it is there, I just do not know where it is!

They're all under the fleet logistics tab, third one down on the very right side of the research menu,

Ah hah! Operator headspace and timing strikes again - I was on the right tab, but could not figure out that I was trying to research level 3 without level 2. That helps a lot - would have sworn I had hit that button already though.

Sigh - I am an idiot! Thanks all!
