Faster game and faster replays please!

I think here is a suggestion most people will agree with :

please mark current fast as "slow", normal as 2x, and fast as 4x of current fast speed. current normal and slow should be delegated to "slowest" and "turtle" - dont know if anyone will play them though :)

Add ability to speed up time in replays by 16x and 32x.

Add ability to single player to speed up over current default speed ( up to 8x-16x would be good) .

I didnt say throw the current speed out - just add faster options for people who do not want to spend 5 hours for a medium game . I cant even think about larger games with such snail crawling pace. 2x and 4x imho is much more of a reasonable game speed.

There is not a lot to manage frankly. I just sit back and wait for my ships tor travel accross the lanes, resources accumulated and ships built most of the time - booooring.
Combat is very slow as well -2x-4x time would still be manageable .

It wouldn't work for the simple matter than there are players out there that want the game to be SLOWER than it is now, this current setting caters for both kinds of player those who want to play slightly faster and slower. I do have trouble keeping up with whats going on in a 3v3 sometimes it gets a little hectic playing it on 4x the speed of how it is now would just be plain silly.

I really like how laid back the game-play is i don't feel rushed into making decisions and getting my empire up quicker than the other guy, because this game has more than one aspect (economy or military) it needs to be slower to manage both. This game isn't about who has the best micro skills or who can spam up the first 30 cobalts the quickest unlike other games C&C, starcraft etc.

Are you even reading what I wrote? I do not talk about removing current speed options -just adding a few additional ones. There is a setting you know for game speed so if you want slow game you may set it this way.
