Screen freezes when trying to login to IO

Hello all. Just wanted to know if anyone else having their pc freeze when trying to login to ironclad online. I have to manually restart my pc and not sure how to fix. Thx.

Your firewall/security software is blocking the connection and trying to pop-up infront of the game? Try running your game in "windowed-mode" and see if the pop-up makes it to the front?
