Your gravity wells be damned!


If you can't make it out, the planets are practically right on top of each other. The phase lane connects from the 'right' edge of my planet to the 'left' edge of the neighbor planet (note the galactic plane). This odd effect of 'doubling back' over my own system allows me to jump in and out of my own gravity well (which is what the ship is doing in the center of the screenshot). The ship has a 'phase' effect starting but it isn't even pointing in the correct direction (which is 'up' at any rate).
