Dual Monitor Support

A workaround?

I plan on getting a second monitor for desktop and game reasons. I know that this game (as many others) do not support it. But I had an idea. Running in windowed mode and spanning the window into the other monitor. I noticed you can resize the window to accommodate any ratio you want (I'm on a 16:10 22").

Anyone try this with dual monitors?

I didn't know you could resize the window, are you sure?

I would love to be able to play in window mode at a higher resolution so I could alt-tab out and use my second monitor for browsing, music, etc without minimizing.

I can't span the window, though, as my LCD's have different native resolutions and I feel like it would look bizarre.

I have one of these Matrox Triple head 2 go, but i dont have the monitors to back it up =)
I bought it for ww2 online, but then i got myself a nice FULLHD 46" screen instead.....then i got myself a nice HD ready Projector instead, and this game really looks marvelous on that setup, with full surround (dont even know if it supports it)

I say get a 30" monitor. I prefer the huge screen to having two. Especially when playing a fps.

Keep in mind, I don't do video editing or anything, so I don't have a reason to get two monitors.

You can span it across your moniters with no problem if they are running at the same settings. It doesn't really make the game any better, using the other moniter to browse is much better I feel. if this game supported dual moniters like supreme commander it would probably be the best game ever made IMO :)

Spanning across monitors looks ugly as hell. I like having one window for browsing the intertubes while my research continues anyway.

The Windowed mode thing works but you won't be able to scroll to the right (or left if you put the window to the right) because your mouse cursor goes to the other screen. Still playable.

Yeah, I just use the arrow keys anyway.
