Help Getting Patch

No access in Iraq

Greetings all,

I'm currently deployed to Iraq and received the game in the mail. Unfortunately, I am unable to access any download sites for the patch due to my only internet connection is on a government computer...and the sites are blocked. Is there any possibility that someone can email me the patch? I'd really like to get my hands on the update but I'm at a loss as to how to do it. If the website wasn't blocked it wouldn't be an issue. Once I get my hands on it I can put it on a jump drive and transfer it to my personal computer, so no problems there.

Any help? My email is [email protected]

Thanks in advance.

hmmm , bump , if you can contact stardock directly, and they verify your cd key /proof of purchase you should be able to get the patches directly from them.

Funny how you can access this site but not get the patch through Stardock. The government works in mysterious ways.

Sounds like a stolen copy and you do not know how to get a patch unless someone emails you a file link.

Also, people throwing the word "Iraq" around to give them extra attention is not good form. Most Americans don't support the war and our troops and do not appreciate "soldiers" always using the war as a crutch.

Especially my schoolmates that are in Iraq presently.

Before any of you judge me, my friends in Iraq can access every single website on the web.

hence why, if it is a legit request, he contact stardock directly and work it out with them.

Gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here. He's been registered since 2003, so I'm gonna lean towards legit request. ;)

Anyhow, yeah -- contact SD, they'll probably set you up.
