A join fleet button is needed

After playing this game I have run into this so many times now that its becoming increasing aggravating to say the least. This game needs a button so when you are creating newer ships and send them to join the other fleets that it’s a royal pain in the ass to get them to do so. the problem is when you select all of the units you want in that fleet the stupid game with sometimes randomly select a low end ship to be the flag ship. If you had a button that you clicked that said join fleet then you select the flag ship to join it would be fast and simple. But seriously I don’t know how many of you are doing it but I have to fight with this game at times just to get another capital ship to join my current fleet. Please add this button. Conquest had this feature and it worked perfectly.

I haven't had any problems - select the ship you want to be the flagship, then shift+band box select all the ships you want in the fleet. Then press the create fleet button and the currently highlighted ship (light grey in the empire manager) will be the flagship, and the rest of the selected ships (dark grey) will join the fleet.

I usually just use auto join fleet to add more ships, but to do it manually I'll just shift-click the new ship with the fleet selected and press the create fleet button again.

You can also click within your fleet selection in the empire manager and press the create fleet button to assign a new flagship.

Hope all that makes sense, it's early and I haven't slept yet :)
