Well I didn't see any posts about this so I'm assuming most people havn't seen
this yet.
I think it was a pretty fair review considering hardly any games break the 9.0 barrier. Generally, they praised the unique balance of 4X and RTS elements, while criticizing the lack of a campaign, and game length.
