Digital download Issue

I just purchased Sins off Stardock using paypal. After completing the transaction I was linked back to the Stardock website when I encountered an error that said "Unable to process order. Reference Number: -1103". It had already charged my paypal account though. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Best to contact stardock directly, are you sure it charged your paypal account? - You could phone PayPal and get them to confirm, could be anything really - Problem with your CC, the Stardock system, some unpassed value in your signup.

PayPal will be able to tell you if it's a problem with Stardock or your account/cc etc, but beyond that - it's an internal error so the best I can offer is the email address for stardock support

longshot but try
https://www.stardock.com/support/ enter the email address you used when ordering in the box and you might get an email with the serial number to the games if the order really went through .if you did download https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/ goto tools> settings > games choose sins of a solar empire and enter the email address you ordered with and the serial key, you can now download the game on the "games" section of that program.

I'm stuck on the digital download part. Im extracting a file and im unable to extract it.. ive tried it multiple times so right now im going to be redownloading the game and hope that fixes the prob
