crashing back to windows

Is anyone having this problem ? Always when I click the stats button in the doestic section it crashes back to windows and sometimes when I click the domestic button.

It started happening after several hours of play and it seems like it corrupted my save because everytime I use my latest save the bug shows up and when I get my previous save (2 hours of gameplay before) this does not happen.

Is there a way to fix this ?
