How do I build an artificial planet?

I recently acquired artificial planet technology but don't know how to use it. :notsure: How can I use this technology to create planets? Thanks in advance!

You don't. I believe if you read the description of the tech when you finish researching it, the game tells you its essentially useless.

Heck, even if it doesn't tell you that, it's still useless. You can't create planets. The tech is just a stepping stone tech to Terror Stars.
