Crashes with 1.02 just 'exiting'?

I just picked the game up today and am enjoying it quite a bit, but now that my game is really 'deep' into it, the client will crash to desktop with no error at all, and it's happening more and more now. Any ideas?

did u download any mods from http://www.disputed.tk/???

If yes then look in your galciv directory----> Data and delete the file called Bizzare.tech

It causes a conflict

Also turn autosave off

wierd, i've had smart exception tell me GalCiv crashed when i exit GC :/
the game closes fine, but SA comes up with a report
