Increasing Approval Rating.....

I build strucutres that help improve moral and such but my approval rating keeps gond down. What strucuters or reasearch will help improve it?

The main approval rating (morale) is determine by tax rate and population.
On a planet basis, it is the planet production that is determinant to support a given population.
Moral boosting: entertainement, news, medical, hospital, virtual reality,
Another alternative, is to use a transport (max 100 bp) to offload population temporairly, until production has cought up.
