FUCK the VOTE!

i found this site a few days ago.   although it struck me as more than a little entertaining--on several levels--and its  components (politics, sex, ethics, breasts, erectile dysfunction*) have each been discussed recently, if not frequently, amongst us, i was a tad apprehensive about focusing on this nascent voter education project.  on the other hand, i know id be disappointed should someone else present it to yall first.  still i do not wish to upset anyone and it occurs to me some ju readers may be offended by what follows. if youre bothered by this article or the activities described here & at the site to which its linked, please stop reading at that point rather than risk the damage anger can inflict on your body and mind. 

*okay, while bob dole's name has been invoked to prove one or another point, there was no mention of connection to ed...but from some of the 'fact's being bandied about, that's only a matter of time.

this Link  will point your browser to a site promulgating a very unique strategy to encourage republican voters--through intensive personal one-on-one contact--to reconsider their commitment to the current administration.  unlike other programs with similar aims,  this group--which identifies itself as ftv--has no intention of appealing to voters' wallets, choosing instead to entice them on a more visceral level.

it is most assuredly not one of those 527 groups (it could be classified as a 69 group i guess) and has no interest whatsoever in soft money--or soft anything at all for that matter.

the group is unashamedly liberal and feels it can employ bush to beat bush. volunteers are determined to arouse the voting public by doing whatever that requires. it should also be noted members of both sexes can be accommodated.  you'll quickly notice the actual vote plucker lineup includes males and females--all of whom are ready and willing to widely spread good will to accommodate and satisfy voters. 

one more thing: if this strikes you as a below the belt tactic, understand it first came on the scene as a consequence of the us supreme court trying to handle it on the bench.  personally speaking, if im gonna get fucked outta my vote, id prefer it be done by almost anyone but those people in robes behind the bench.
