Too Much Negativity...

Everyone's having problems...

I've seen a lot of depression and other hard feelings surfacing lately at a very high rate....there's not much laughter anymore(and that's what I do...and it keeps me going). Hurt feelings and bad emotions seem to be having a hayday....I've never seen so many people behave like this....I mean once in awhile...but not to this degree....something's different and I'm not quite sure what....I've seen many people which are usually bright, cheerful, and jolly not as lustrous at they once were....could this be some kind unavoidable trend? It makes me a bit sad not to be joking around with my friends as we once were.....I guess it could be some kind of sadness for the seniors which many of us know and care for, but there must be more.....it's like a horrible dark cloud has settled over this little town of ours and I'm hoping it will disperse soon.....

Well, that's it....just voicing a bit of observation....has anyone else noticed this negative stuff or am I just paranoid?...

See ya,

What you are experiencing is known as "senioritis" . . . it can be identified by quick temper flare ups, unexplained crying jags, lack of attention to school work, nervousness and finger tapping, boredom that boggles the mind, and fist fights. Senioritis will continue to get worse throughout the year, and is cured by something called "graduation". Following graduation, the affliction will likely dissipate. In severe cases, graduation preceeds the onset of a more severe form of "senioritis" called "oh-shit-the-real-world-is-going-to-kick-my-ass-itus". Sadly, this form of the disease is not curable. The sad, grouchy people who are not seniors are likely just jerks.

Well, actually I'm not a senior....I've just noticed there's a lot of people(seniors and others) that just have a crappy outlook on life right now....I'm hoping this attitude clears up....kind of creepy...

I believe you. Just went to dinner with SIL (sister-in-law) and didn't hear one pleasant thing for two hours. Also didn't hear anything other than stuff about her. Grr.

I think it's called "Opto-rectalism". It means there is a connection running from your eyes to your asshole thus causing a shitty outlook.

Yeah, I think everybody was noticing all of this. I mean I'm only a sophmore and im depressed every now and then. I used to be happy go lucky, and now it's just depression. It's like it won't go away half of the time. But tonight on the bus made me very happy, and I think maybe the depression cloud has left me for now, atleast. By the way, who else is depressed? j/w.

It's because I'm not there. Our class was the best, admit it

No, actually I think it was better that you left. I guess you obviously have no idea how much you hurt people. I think it might have been best that you graduated. And you're class may have been the best in your opinion, but i don't think you helped it much.

Hi YES I noticed the negativity too-there's way TOO MUCH of it lately in my life-and I feel people are thinking that I'm going crazy,This year 2004 has been truly horrible and I can hardly wait for the new year to get here.A lot of bad things have happened to my kids, friends and family and then me.Problems as hospitals, money problems, break ups, fires, and it seems to be coming in threes-its awful,it's hard to deal with all of these bad things.most everyone around me seems depressed not motivated giving up attitude.I can't handle hearing the bad things anymore.Good things need to come to all of us.I have been praying so much for my family and friends and everyone in the world.I feel the negativity-I feel different-I know that something is wrong,I've been practicing Feng Shui to get rid of the negativity The evil, this year about 25 different people were affected with something really bad-most of them said that they feel the negativity -if anyone has any comments please email me

Dude, I don't know what moment this was written in but that depression seems to have lifted. Or at least for the time being.
