No CD Key?

So I bought this game today..about an hour ago from Best Buy here in Evansville, Indiana...and I don't think it has a CD Key. Or at least I'm not able to find one. On the back of the CD case there is a white box at the bottom that says "Galactic Civilizations CD Key:" and the rest of the white box is blank.

Anyone else heard of this or had this problem?

that's very wierd. I wonder if you will have to go back and exchange it?
