(HELP) Galaxy Forge not opening

Ok I downloaded Galaxy Forge from the download page. I then used winzip to open it and clicked on the galaxyforge.exe as instructed to do and this shows up, "GalaxyForge has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I closed it tryed it two more times nothing, restarted the computer same thing, and re-downloaded it twice yet still the same thing. Any ideas on why or a way to fix it so I can install it.

What if you have 3.0? It won't let me install 2.0, and it still gives me this.

Seeing as how with the new patch, this looks like the only way I can possibly start out next to my ally, is there any way to make this work?
