HELP! crashing

ok i have a issue with the game crashing, ive tryed everything ondrivers and all and cannot find out whats going on

this is my system specs:

AMD 64x2 4200+

3GB RAM

64bit vista ult

1TB HDD

8800GT OC

yet ive read a few post about it craching within minutes, mine will be within a hour or 2 but its still when your playing a 10 player game....

anyone know any fixes??

64 bit Windows vista ultimate....

I found it - thats your problem! I am surprised it boots for long enough to launch the game. I am being serious. Read the forums at maximumpc.com if you do not beleive me.

64 bit vista is broken.

vista is fine, much more stable than xp..it's the game that needs some more patching.

I run it under Vista 64-bit all the time and it's fine.

kbateson - Please make sure you have the latest video and sound drivers for your PC first.  If you still have issues, then zip up the following files and email them to [email protected] with a description of your problem.

+ Dxdiag report (click Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" and hit enter -> Save all information)

+ Check if any dump files were generated at (note these locations are hidden by default):

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump

Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump

thanks guys and dude ive been a tech for 2 yrs and vista is fine, you just need to get new drivers for things, but EVERYTHING WORKS FINE, i like it alot more then XP, its just that everyones mad because their too lazy to find the drivers. but ive tryed the video drivers, ill look into the sound drivers thanks again

okay i did the update for the sound drivers and now it just stops after a few min. im using the Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty but yea ill email that file, it only informed me once that it dumped

my game crashes many times i know xfire caused 2 of them

why look? i seen that one they still have not found the fix for that post? shouldnt we post so they know what most common problems to fix in patches

Turn everything done to the HIGH settings. I also had crashes on my top end rig when everything was on the HIGHEST settings.

Yes but you should have posted in there instead of creating a thread for your self. The universe does not revolve around you.
