20000 unitcap 50 capships fixed quests and PJI

this is my first attempt so dont flame me if this goes wrong tried it myself works fine for me
increased unit cap for all 3 races to 20000
increments are
1000 3000 5000 8000 11000 15000 18000 20000

increased cap ship limit to 50
increments are
2 5 8 16 20 25 35 50

increased PJI range to cover entire gravity well and increased charge up time to 500% from the usual 250%

fixed quests so you get quests every 10 mins instead of the usual 3 increased time allotted to finish quests to more reasonable amount and reduced the negative happiness you get for not completing a quest
helpful for those playing on a very big map with 100 planets or so !!

Making the supply limit so high makes strategic useless. If you can station 100+ ship/planet you don't need to decide rerouting other forces to defend from other planets or from offensive fleets and also this makes diversions pointless.
An other thing is multiplayer games are mostly played in small maps.
The smaller supply limit forces the player to find the perfect balance between offense and defense, economy and technology to achive victory... better strategy wins.
The other changes are good. The 500% PJI is also in my mod too. :D

That i wrote, is only represent MY opinion. I see, there is a lot of people who actualy wants to build thousands of frigs, so this change makes sense.

It's awsome if you want to play in maps with up to 10 stars, because your fleets don't consist of 10 ships.

the unitcap 20000 does not mean u can have 20000 ships its just the supply limit and this is useful for big maps like the map im playing it has 20 stars and each star has 20 planets so you cant defend all these with just the normal 2000 ship limit
