Newbie Question: How do I build Capital Ships?

I know this may seem obvious to most of you, but its not covered in the tutorials and I can't find the button to build a Capital Ship.  I know you need a Capital Ship to have a chance of winning so I haven't been playing SoaSE until I can figure this out.  I've looked everywhere on the internet and haven't found out how to build a Capital Ship.   Can some one help me?  Please don't flame me for being a newbie.  You were a newbie once too.  Thanks.

You have to build a Capital Ship factory in your logistic structures. Once built the first Capital ship is free.

Build a Capital Ship factory (logistics structure), then click on the planet or the factory, select the Cap Ship icon, then select the ship to build.

Was this not covered in the tutorials? I could have sworn it was...

And you can of course build more Capital ship factories on other planets as well (same with Frigate factories). This is good to do on a border world that is a key jumping point to the enemy as you can replace losses much quicker then building everything at your capital planet 5 jumps away.
