No need to register serial? :S

I bought this game on launch date and only just got around to downloading and installing it.

However, once I registered in the StarDock client using the same email address as I bought it with, it already had Sins of a Solar Empire there saying I had bought it.

Didn't have to enter a serial code or anything, is this normal?

If you already had an SDC account under the same address as you bought with, then it should generally register itself automatically once the purchase is completed. Manual registration is generally only necessary if it doesn't work for some reason.

I downloaded SDC and entered my serial number, but when I clicked on the game tab to download SOASE, I just got a blank page. Thinking it was caused by a incorrect serial number, I re-entered it, and now I get a pop-up saying its an invalid serial, even though I have cpy and pasted it from the "look-up serial" e-mail

Could you please help?

If your serial is being rejected, you should contact [email protected]. They can help you out.
