Just a quick question...
On multiplayer games I dont see a setting where you can set begining ship setup. Is it there and I missed it? The reason I ask is me and a friend started one game and we were surprised to have a mini fleet at start. On another game we tried later we started with just the 2 build ships.
Is this scenario dependant or something?
